 Our spacious clubhouse, which can accommodate groups of up to 125 persons, is available for residents to rent for private events. The reception area includes comfortable sofas and easy chairs arranged in conversation areas, and tables and chairs are available for playing cards or visiting in small groups. There is a full kitchen for preparing and serving refreshments. The clubhouse has a large flat-screen television with cable service and DVR as well as wireless internet access. A coin-operated washer and dry are available.
The rental fee for the clubhouse effective September 1, 2018, is $150.00; use of the pool is not included. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their event. Reservations are made through the office.
